PayPal and Card Payments

You may complete your order using PayPal or the supported card-payment options displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, currency, device, and the services supported by the payment provider.

Payment information is processed securely by the applicable third-party payment provider. You do not need to send your card details directly to 9Crave.

Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments through our secure crypto payment gateway.

Cryptocurrency payments may be suitable for customers who prefer:

• Greater payment privacy
• Faster international settlement
• Fewer restrictions from traditional card providers
• Additional savings on eligible doll orders

The currently supported cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks will be displayed when you select cryptocurrency at checkout.

Crypto Payment Discounts

Eligible doll products receive the following cryptocurrency-payment discounts:

• $300–$800: Save $70
• $801–$1,499: Save $90
• $1,500 or more: Save $120

Each eligible doll is assessed separately.

For example, if an order contains one eligible doll priced above $1,500 and another eligible doll priced between $300 and $800, both applicable discounts may be included.

Doll outfits and other excluded products do not qualify for the doll crypto discount.

The final eligible discount will be displayed during checkout.

Complimentary Doll Outfits

Eligible doll orders paid with cryptocurrency also include two complimentary doll outfits selected from the available gift collection.

Complimentary outfits:

• Are selected separately from the main doll
• Are shipped from a different warehouse
• May arrive in a separate package
• Usually require approximately 7–15 business days for delivery
• May arrive before or after the main doll

Available styles, sizes, colors, and inventory may vary.

Selecting the Correct Coin and Network

Before sending payment, carefully confirm the:

• Cryptocurrency
• Blockchain network
• Payment address
• Payment amount

Sending funds through the wrong network or to the wrong address may result in permanent loss.

Cryptocurrency transactions normally cannot be reversed after they have been sent. 9Crave cannot recover funds sent using an incorrect address, unsupported cryptocurrency, or incorrect network.

Payment Amount and Confirmation

Send the exact amount displayed on the payment page before the payment window expires.

Cryptocurrency payments may require several blockchain confirmations before the order is marked as paid.

During periods of heavy network activity, confirmation may take longer than expected. Do not send a second payment unless instructed by our support team or payment provider.

Payment Security

9Crave will never ask you to provide:

• Your cryptocurrency private key
• Your wallet seed phrase
• Your account password
• Your complete card number by email or WhatsApp

Only complete payments through the official checkout page on 9Crave.

WhatsApp is available for customer support only. We will not ask you to make a private payment or transfer funds directly through WhatsApp.

Billing Privacy

The name displayed on your PayPal, card, or bank statement may depend on the payment provider and processing account.

Specific product names will not normally appear as individual billing items.

Cryptocurrency payments generally appear only as blockchain transactions in your wallet history.

Payment Problems

Contact us before attempting another payment if:

• Payment was deducted but the order remains unpaid
• You selected the wrong coin or network
• The payment page expired
• The amount sent was incorrect
• An error occurred during checkout

Please provide your order number and transaction ID when available.

Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or complete card information.
