Is my order and billing discreet?
Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product details shown on the outside. We also use a discreet merchant name whenever possible, so the product name will not appear on your billing statement.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items from our US warehouse usually arrive within 3–5 business days. EU warehouse items usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Custom orders typically require 7–15 business days for production before shipment. More complex customizations may require up to 25 business days. Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped.
Can I customize my doll?
Yes. Custom options may include head type, body type, skin tone, hair, eye color, and selected add-ons. Available options vary by model.
What is your return policy?
Unopened in-stock items may be eligible for return within 30 days. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently offer faster shipping for in-stock items from our US and EU warehouses. For countries outside the US and EU, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and estimated delivery time.
Are custom orders refundable?
Custom-made items are produced according to your selected options. Once production has started, custom orders usually cannot be canceled or returned unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Do you accept crypto payments, and why do you recommend them?
Yes. We accept crypto payments through our secure crypto payment gateway at checkout. Crypto payment is recommended for customers who prefer a more private, flexible, and cost-saving payment method.
By paying with crypto, eligible orders can save $70–$120 off the original price and receive two complimentary doll outfits of your choice, valued at $15.90–$39.90 each. This is because crypto payments help reduce card processing fees, payment gateway reserve costs, and unnecessary transaction delays — and we pass those savings back to you.
Please make sure you select the correct coin and network when completing your payment.
Will the doll outfits arrive with my doll?
Not always. Doll outfits are shipped separately from the doll and may arrive in a different package. Outfit delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, so you may receive two separate parcels.
